According to a study, people can control the level of diabetes by changing the timing of food and exercise and create a routine that can help in fighting diabetes and obesity. According to researchers at a UK university, people exercising before breakfast in the morning are able to reduce excess fat. In contrast, those who exercise in the morning after breakfast have reduced less amount of fat from their body as comparing to people exercising before breakfast.





Exercising before breakfast is better for health





According to research published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, morning exercise is better for health. The researchers divided them into two groups to conduct research on 30 men who were overweight or overweight for six weeks. In one group they were exercised before breakfast in the morning and those who exercised after breakfast. The researchers said they also participated in the study, which did not change their routine.





The body responds better to insulin





Although the participants in the six-week research did not lose weight, it did positively impact their health. In the research, participants' bodies responded better to insulin, viewed the sugar levels under control in the blood and reduce the chances of diabetes and heart disease.
