Milk and green vegetables are important

Orthopedic Dr. B. s. In a city like Mumbai, the problem of vitamin D is even more. Most of the time, due to staying in the office and not taking sunshine in the morning, the deficiency of vitamin D is increasing day by day. In such a situation, people should eat more and more products made from milk as well as green vegetables, etc.
